Michael Shone is a highly experienced and accomplished School Principal, bringing more than two decades of leadership within Victorian government schools. Over the course of his career, he has demonstrated a deep commitment to educational excellence, equity, and continuous school improvement. His leadership has been characterised by a strong focus on fostering positive school cultures, enhancing student learning outcomes, and building the capacity of staff and leadership teams.

He has actively contributed to two principal network executive boards, where he collaborated with fellow leaders to shape regional educational priorities, share best practices, and support system-wide improvement.
