Positive School Climate

Our consultants have extensive experience leading improvement in school climate and community perception of schools. Our approach to developing positive school climate is rooted in the philosophy and approach of the School Wide Positive Behavior Support (SWPBS) framework. In working with schools to develop their agreed approach and processes, we draw on evidence based research including from leading education researchers Vic Zbar, Pamela Macklin, John Kotter, Michael Fullan, Patrick Lencioni, Viviane Robinson and Jay McTighe.

VRQA Registration Support

We supports schools through all aspects of VRQA registration. This support can be tailored to the school’s needs, and our consultants can collate and/or create required documentation for individual components of registration, or oversee the whole registration process.

Policy Development

Our onsultancy can develop all required policies for your school. When doing
this we develop a schedule outlining when each policy must be reviewed and by whom for a four-year period. We work with school principals and leadership teams to ensure all policies are contextual and relevant.

School Review Support

Our consultants have experience in leading schools through reviews and can support principals and leadership teams through any aspect of this process. This may include but is not limited to:

Principal Mentoring

Our Consultancy is available to provide individualized mentoring to school
Principals and school leaders. Mentoring provided is a form of 1:1 supervision
and supports the leader to clarify their strengths, challenges and possible
actions to achieve optimal outcomes in their role.

Leadership Coaching

When coaching leadership teams, we employ a model that introduces coaching as both structured conversation framework and a way of leading all conversations. Coaching is focused on clarifying strategic goals and actions and actively planning the use of conversations and questioning to create greater synergy with the school’s improvement strategies.

Staff Health and Wellbeing

Our consultants are experienced ex-Principals who understand the impact a
connected and engaged workforce has on student outcomes. We provide
tailored support to principals and leadership teams designed to create a healthy and productive staff culture. We are available to work with school leaders, leadership teams and/or individual staff in your school.
